Outsider, hill runner, and friend of Great Outdoors, Matthew McConnell has been using Nuasan’s products regularly in his training over the past month or so. Here are some of his thoughts on the Nuasan Active Body Moisturiser.
What would you use it for?
I have been using many of Nuasan’s products over the past month or so and I have to say recovery is really important. The Nuasan Active Body Moisturiser has become a daily staple in my post-workout routine. Nuasan state on the packaging quite boldly that this product “Recharges Sore & Tired Muscles”. I must say I was skeptical but I have noticed a difference in my “morning after” legs. I have noticeably less soreness in my quads and am rarely find myself wincing, even the day after hard sessions or races!
Why do you like it?
Aside from the fact that I have seen the benefits of using Nuasan’s Active Body Moisturiser I really like the brand’s message. “Developed for athletes, loved by everyone”. There is no superiority in their messaging which I think is very important. The Active Body Moisturiser is also; vegan, is sustainably made using natural ingredients (like oat, macadamia, and aloe) and the tube it comes in is made using recycled plastic and is recyclable. Nuasan is also looking at developing a refill system for their products to limit waste even further!
Who would you recommend it to?
I would recommend the Active Body Moisturiser to people who generally feel a bit worse for wear the day after a workout. I have also been using Nuasan’s the Active Foot Care, Active CBD Muscle Gel and the Active Body wash. So there is something there for everyone.
