The Irish Sea is calling, and we’re answering with the inaugural Flow State Open Water Festival! While the Atlantic coastline often steals the spotlight, our eastern shores have plenty to offer. Celebrate the athletes, activities, and communities that cherish and protect these waters.
Kickstart Your Day: Dip and Sip
8.00am – South Beach, Greystones
Rise and shine with our Social Dip and Sip, hosted by Outsider.ie. Don your best togs, grab your favourite hot drink, and meet us at The Men’s on the South Beach. It’s the perfect way to start your festival experience!
Race Against the Tide
9.30am – Open Water Races
Challenge yourself with our open water races. Whether you’re a seasoned swimmer or a newcomer, there’s a spot for you. Choose between the 750m or 1500m races, with skins and wetsuit categories available. Spaces are limited, so sign up now!
Explore, Learn, and Be Inspired
10.00am – 5.00pm – St. Davids Holy Faith Secondary School
Our Expo kicks off, featuring a variety of vendors and demonstrations. Engage with experts on sustainability and marine ecology, and catch interviews with top ocean athletes from the East Coast. It’s a day packed with knowledge and inspiration for the whole family.
